- Invoices and Warehouse Receipts are sent to the Operations Warehouse, 3:30 PM (Customer Service Guatemala)
- Manifest is sent electronically, 4PM (Courier Processing)
- Plane lands in Guatemala City at 3AM (Airline)
- Delivery to Import Warehouse at Combex, 4:30-6AM (Airline)
- Review and valuation of cargo taxes (Customs)
- Request and payment of the tax values (Import Documents)
- Import Documents authorization (Document Analyst)
- Build document sets to present to customs, 11AM (Inspector)
- Document presentation and process at Express Aéreo Customs, 12:3oPM (Air Cargo Clerk)
- Report of authorized Import Documents and request for transportation (Air Cargo Clerk)
- Operations report to receive cargo in Warehouse (Transport)
- Documents are sent to the invoicing clerk (Operations)
- Delivery Confirmation (Operations)
- Invoices are sent to Transportation (Messenger)
- Trucks leave Express Aéreo Customs
- Cargo sorting and classification for delivery
